Le r\u00e9sultat est incroyablement aromatique (<em>le cassis dans toute son exub\u00e9rance<\/em>), fin, avec des notes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement fum\u00e9es. La bouche est ample, g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse, marqu\u00e9e par des tanins velout\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ouvrir au moins 1 heure avant sa d\u00e9gustation et servir entre 16\u00b0 et 18\u00b0. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez des viandes grill\u00e9es.
